So last night, I was talking to my husband, and I said, you know, one of the things I really wanted to do for this year is to focus more on what I want to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I mean I have been roller skating, reading a lot of mangas with Damien, and we even binge watched the King\u2019s Affection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But still\u2026 for the most part, my mind still goes on a rampage, questioning why I don\u2019t do certain things because the things I do have to be productive, business related, home related, work related\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And I am tired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So Anthony asked, ok so if you really have a lot of time, what would you want to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And I said, I don\u2019t know, maybe skate more, sleep more, play more games, binge watched shows more?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So Anthony was like, then take a few weeks off, or maybe Jan off to do whatever you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And I thought.. well.. since it is Dec 16th and it\u2019s the last 16 days of the year\u2026 why don\u2019t I just start doing whatever I want?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And no beating myself up over it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If I pick something up because I want to, I do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If I put it down because I\u2019m bored, I do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If I want to go lie down, I do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If I want to write an email, I do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If I don\u2019t want to respond, I don\u2019t do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If I don\u2019t want to clean up, I don\u2019t do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I just allow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So now, I want to share this email with you, to ask you to join me in this end of year challenge. For the last 15 days of 2024, you get to do whatever you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And even if you feel guilty, it\u2019s ok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even if you get yelled at, you can go and yell at the other person, it\u2019s ok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you need permission, I give you permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
